OUTLINE PREMISE
Two strangers meet after relocating to Toronto and go through life changing experiences.
GIST
The movie begins with the introduction of our main character Ify. Ify is a troubled spoilt twenty one year old who moves to Toronto desperate to make it on his own after he has a falling out with his wealthy controlling father. Once in Toronto he reunites with Eric, a long time friend who helps him settle in and finds him a place to stay. There he becomes roommates with Dwayne, an amusing character still longing for his AWOL girlfriend and Nneka, an under privileged eighteen year old female immigrant. Ify and Nneka are different from one another. But sharing a similar cultural background brings them closer and creates a powerful friendship. Ify and Nneka venture through Toronto together and ultimately go through life changing experiences.

This movie will contain themes of drug abuse and mild violence. The rating for this movie will fall under 14A. The production will contain no graphic images.

“Ify has the potential to do well for himself. Deep down he wants to do better. He is just lacking that special situation to realize who he really is. In a strange way he knows what he is within, but because his judgment is clouded by negative and bad emotions he refuses to do anything about it. It’s almost as if he is just buying his time till that change happens!
CONFLICT
“The question is : Can he withstand the pressure of Eric’s influence and doing things the easy way or can he, with the help of Nneka gather the strength from within to start doing things differently. The right way.

AGES 18-25 – Good looking, Must be at least 5’8 and average/athletic build. Be prepared for intense scenes. (African decent, Nigerian)
NNEKA(FEMALE)

DWAYNE(MALE)
AGES 21-30 – Rough around the edges, and Funny, Lean, wiry build, and tall height. Be prepared for a lot of physical comedy and some crying scenes (Caucasian)
